In a Phase III assessment, Rimkus will characterize the extent of contamination as developed from the detailed examination plus further analysis and laboratory results; develop remediation plans, including a detailed scope of work for the remediation contractor, and project cost estimates; interact with regulatory agencies as needed; monitor the contractor’s remediation activities; and conduct post-remediation testing following the completion of work to insure that all objectives were met. When problems are noted in the Phase II examination, it is the successful completion of a Phase III remediation that helps insure the integrity of the property.
