Served in positions from Firefighter through District Fire Captain for the City of Irving, Texas, for more than 14 years. Had direct responsibility for supervising fire suppression and investigating all types of fires. Also served 14 years with the Department of Public Safety at Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport.
