Rimkus provides Property Condition Assessments (PCA) to help our clients in determining if there are problems which may impact a facility’s continued operation. We can ascertain the current physical condition of the properties and their individual building components. PCAs identify, to the extent feasible, improvements and physical deficiencies in a property’s material systems, components, and equipment as of the time of inspection. We also provide cost estimates to repair or correct conditions as required. Rimkus provides an Immediate Needs Analysis and a Future Needs Analysis to identify anticipated capital expenditures on major building components over the life of a loan or other defined period. If required, our staff of engineers and construction specialists will assess property conditions, life safety issues, building code and ADA compliance issues.
