Walk-Through Survey

During the site visit, Rimkus will conduct non-intrusive visual observations and survey components and systems of the subject property. The Walk-Through Survey will include the following observations of the property and its associated improvements:

• Building Envelopes and Improvements:
    o Structural Framing and Building Envelope
    o Roof
    o Common Facilities
    o Thermal Regulation
    o Electrical and Plumbing Systems
    o Life Safety
• Site Conditions and Improvements
    o Driveways, Parking Lots, and Sidewalks
    o Recreational Facilities
    o Miscellaneous Structures and Facilities
    o Landscaping and Exterior Lighting
    o Signage
    o Storm Water Drainage
    o Utilities.
