The Property Condition Report contains the information obtained during the Walk-Through Survey, Document Review, and Interviews, and includes opinions of probable costs to remedy physical deficiencies. Additional testing that might be indicated for environmental factors like asbestos, lead-based paint, lead in drinking water, radon, or indoor air quality, or for title or deed restrictions such as wetlands evaluation or chain-of-title is not included in a PCA but are available.
