Dear Rimkus Employees:

Even before the winds calmed, the waters retreated and the debris settled following the hurricanes that pounded the Gulf Coast in 2005, hundreds of Rimkus employees mobilized to support the recovery from the devastation caused by the massive storms.

The damage was unimaginable and catastrophic, and taxed the resources of private industry and federal government alike. Our company received thousands of requests for assistance in determining the cause and extent of the damage. In responding, our number one priority was to provide timely, unbiased technical evaluations so that our clients had the information needed to support the recovery effort.

For more than 20 years, Rimkus Consulting Group has been a leading, worldwide provider of independent, professional consulting services to insurance companies, law firms, corporations and government agencies. Our team of educated and experienced engineers, scientists, accountants and technical specialists, is recognized for exce lence in service by local, national and international business communities.

In spite of the recent attempts by overzealous and poorly informed trial lawyers to publicly besmirch our great company, Rimkus remains an organization with a proud history of excellence and proven heritage of consistently honoring its obligation to conduct and report unbiased, technical evaluations. Any claim to the contrary is unfounded and lacks scientific or technical merit.

Moving forward, we will remain steadfast and continue to vigorously defend our company against the patently false and frivolous accusations leveled against us, secure in the knowledge that Rimkus will prevail.
